You Are Invited to a CME Dinner Meeting
Introduction
Recent advances in the diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson’s disease (PD) could pave the way for more accurate identification and timely intervention that results in better management and improved patient outcomes. In this CME activity, an expert thought leader will review cutting-edge information presented at recent international meetings, and interpret how these data may be translated into PD clinical practice. Learners attending this interactive meeting will collaborate in small-group discussions of case-based scenarios that focus on individualized treatment strategies for early and advanced PD. Features of the activity will include updates on clinical symptoms, imaging, and biomarkers for early diagnosis; therapeutic options for early management; and strategies for individualized treatment in late-stage PD.
Target Audience
This dinner meeting series will be accredited for neurologists, neurology physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and nurses who care for patients with PD. This activity will consist of a case-based lecture with a guidebook as well as a question-and-answer session.
Due to the clinical content of this activity, no guests may accompany the health care professional to this program.
